Local Businessman Launches ServiceMaster Restore Denbigh

Local businessman, Chris Worrall has launched a brand new residential and commercial restoration service in the North Denbighshire & North Flintshire area as part of a ServiceMaster Franchise.

No stranger to this line of work, Chris has worked in the emergency cleaning and disaster restoration industry over recent years, he has also spent 11 years working in the building trade.

With BDMA and Crime Scene Cleaning qualifications, as well as being a qualified electrician; Chris decided to invest in ServiceMaster Restore because of its high reputation within the area. Additionally, Chris understands the difficulties clients can face during the moments following a disaster.

Chris said: “Disasters can happen at any moment and can be a stressful time for any individual or business. I think it’s important to realise the extra care and attention that is often required when carrying out work; either direct for a home, business owner or for an insurance agent.

“It’s important to me that they should all be treated with the same respect and integrity, whether I’m in someone’s home, business or working on behalf of a company.

“As a family-run business, my plans for ServiceMaster Restore Denbigh, are to ensure that we provide an excellent service to our clients and develop the ServiceMaster Restore brand. I am dedicated to building strong relationships with all local contacts.”

As the business grows, Chris is looking forward to the opportunity to grow his local workforce and potentially employ local people.

ServiceMaster Managing Director, Alan Lewin added: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Chris on board with this exciting opportunity. His work ethic and passion to help people during a crisis is exactly what this brand is all about. We wish him every success and cannot wait to watch his business bloom.”

Local businessman invests in Milton Keynes office cleaning business.

Entrepreneur, Nick Rayner has recently expanded his business offering after being with ServiceMaster for 15 years. Adding to his current service of domestic cleaning (Merry Maids), Nick has set his sights on the commercial market by purchasing a ServiceMaster Contract Services franchise.

Noticing the success of the other ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services businesses around the country, Nick took the opportunity to broaden his services and take a piece of the pie for himself!

Nick has been caretaking the Milton Keynes contract cleaning business for a while, but wanted to officially own the branch in order to increase revenue and grow productively on his own terms.

“Having a domestic cleaning background with Merry Maids Milton Keynes has given me a customer-related approach to business, therefore, I feel ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services is the right step to take”, said Nick.

Nick’s plans don’t end there, he aims to purchase further territory over the next few years and is keenly awaiting further opportunities. His strategy is to grow the office cleaning brand to become his primary business within the next 5 years.

“Having experience in the domestic cleaning industry and the knowledge of the ServiceMaster franchise model, I feel that Nick will be a successful business owner in the ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services network”, added Guy Strang, Brand Manager.

Local businessman invests in Glasgow office cleaning franchise.

Entrepreneur, Raj Joshi has recently purchased a ServiceMaster Clean franchise. Formerly working in the property industry for 14 years and more recently owning a domestic & commercial cleaning company since 2018, Raj decided upon his next opportunity with ServiceMaster.

With a desire to expand his knowledge of the cleaning industry and be part of a well-established brand, Raj saw the ideal opportunity when he came across an advert for a well-established office cleaning business, namely ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services, East Strathclyde.

“I wanted to buy the experience and backing of ServiceMaster, who are a well-known brand in the industry.” said Raj.

Raj’s plan is to grow the business’ turnover to £1.5 million by the end of Year 1 and increase this to £10 million by year five. “I always live by the saying, if you put your mind to it, anything is possible.”

He aims to do this through a lot of hard work, acquiring existing cleaning companies and purchasing further territory in Scotland. Raj will also be looking to employing local talent as the company grows.

“Having experience in the cleaning industry already and the right attitude to succeed, we feel that Raj will be a successful business owner in the ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services network”, added Guy Strang, Brand Manager.
