This made good business sense for us, as the Operations Director Scott had 14 years previous experience from ground level to management. Scott approached the Financial Director, Michelle, and the rest is history.
How has owning your own business impacted your life positively?
Along with hard work and stress, the joy has come from knowing we are providing a great local service that we have become very proud of.
What have been your greatest achievements whilst owning the business?
Re-structuring it to take a more modern approach.
This has been in all areas including, updating IT, adding to the fleet, new equipment for carpet technicians.
We now have a efficient Marketing Department that has developed our digital footprint to include Social Media, webpages, Checkatrade etc.
What are your future growth plans for the business?
We are looking forward to growing all 3 areas of our business- Residential, Commercial and Restore.
